REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At AI NEEDS, we aim to clearly define project requirements, deliverables, pricing and timelines before beginning a service.

1. Project Cancellation

If a client wishes to cancel a project, they should contact AI NEEDS as soon as possible.

Cancellation terms may depend on:

• Work already completed
• Resources already committed
• Third-party purchases
• Project stage
• Amount already paid
• The specific agreement between AI NEEDS and the client

2. Advance Payments

Where an advance payment has been agreed, it may be allocated toward project planning, design, development, resources and other work.

Refund eligibility will depend on the agreed service terms and the stage of the project.

3. Completed Work

Payments relating to work that has already been completed or delivered may not be refundable, subject to the applicable agreement and law.

4. Third-Party Costs

Payments made to third-party providers, including hosting providers, domain registrars, premium software providers, APIs, plugins, advertising platforms or other external services, may be non-refundable according to those providers’ policies.

5. Digital Marketing Services

Digital marketing and advertising services may involve work, campaign preparation, advertising budgets and third-party platform charges.

Refunds, where applicable, will be handled according to the agreed service terms.

Advertising spend paid to third-party advertising platforms may not be refundable by AI NEEDS.

6. Service Delays

If a project is delayed because required content, information, approvals or access are not provided by the client, the timeline may be adjusted accordingly.

8. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, the method and timeframe will depend on the original payment method and applicable payment-provider procedures.
